Delivery: Shipping was significantly delayed beyond the agreed timeline, with poor communication throughout the process. Tracking information was provided late, and some goods were mishandled or lost during transit.

All communication records (emails, chat records, approvals) have been fully recorded. The records confirm that our team responded promptly and there were no shipment delays or evasions of responsibility.
The final design and materials have been approved in writing by your team. We asked you to provide an unedited unboxing video/third-party inspection report, but you did not provide it.
The goods were shipped on time as agreed in the contract. Since the merchant did not make any mistakes, you unreasonably defrauded the Alibaba platform of compensation. Alibaba has received the complete evidence (video, logistics proof) provided by us and will take legal action to defend our reputation and combat false accusations.
