I’ve been dealing with this supplier for the makeup brush dryer machine, and the level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. They seem more focused on quick cash grabs than on building any kind of long-term partnership. We ordered a white machine, but they sent it with an unmatching black wire that was just thrown into the box. When we asked about it, they claimed they didn’t have the white cord in stock. How can you have a white machine but not a matching white cord? This feels like an excuse for their lack of care and attention to detail. I’ve been dealing with Shero, and frankly, they’ve been unprofessional and unaccommodating when it comes to addressing any issues. If they can’t get something as simple as a sample order right, I can’t imagine how they’d handle a bulk order. They clearly don’t care about building a long-term business relationship. Very disappointing.
